Responsibilities:

Help customers check in, board and claim their luggage.

Answer customer calls and provide accurate flight information

Secures the facility and area in accordance with established safety policies.

Lost and Found: Handle lost items, first aid assist

Work in conjunction with airline staff and additional airport areas.

Requirements:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced shift-based environment.

Experience in a similar airport or hospitality position is highly preferred.
