Full Job description
Your responsibilities
- The first contact person from the customer (by mail and telephone)
- Inputting orders, and tracking all customer orders
- Delivering excellent customer service, being in touch with the customers on a daily basis and communicating effectively to them
- Sales reps, customers Supply and factory Communication and coordination Pricing
- Responsibility for processing invoices, adjusting invoice complaint composing credit & debit notes and managing none technical complaints.
- Follow up delivery, liaise with warehouse and transport company on the delivery process
- Stock Monitoring Working With Supply and Factory
Our requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- A second language > Danish/Italian/Spanish/German/Turkish
- 1 Year Related Work Experience
- SAP system and SNCuV (nice to have)
- Experience Required: Experience in Customer Service an Advantage
- Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working internationally and cross culturally
- Quick learner with competence
