POSITION SUMMARY

Take effective action on all guest and department requests in a timely manner. Stock cart with cleaning supplies, and transport cart to assigned area. Follow proper entry and vacancy check procedures when entering guest rooms. Rooms Replace guest amenities and supplies. Remove all used linens and terry to replace with clean item. Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Disposal of rubbish, dirty linen and room service tray. Make sure all appliances are in the room and that they work. Align the items of your desk, all furniture including appliances. Follow all company and safety and security policies, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials. Ensure the perfect condition and cleanliness of uniforms and other personal matters; protect all work areas from unauthorized access. Greet/others in company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs. Assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation To communicate with other in simple, crisp and professional language To bring support team on same page. Check quality expectations and standard. Move, lift, carry and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance. Push and pull a housekeeping cart, other work-related equipment (mop, move chairs etc.)
