Perform general Administrative and Clerical duties requested by Office Manager
Send bills downloaded from the LES intranet system.

Preparing monthly phone bills of employees (Etisalat and DU).
Keep the company directory up to date with employees and contact details.
- Help the Admin Department with:
-Coordination of Buyers Visits (Drive and Guide visitors in the area)
– Visa Assistance: Managing travel visa application including NOC and multi-entry visas for business purposes.
Travel Support: Follow approval process to high risk country visits, provide advice and info requested in context of a trip as well as refer requests for FCDO guidance/quotes (particularly DRC) Handle any insurance arrangements needed or documentation which is necessary.
Residency Monitoring: Monitor the travel dates for employees stationed outside UAE so you can avoid residence visa cancellations in case of staying out of UAE beyond permissible days.
