A member of the sales team at our Watches and Fine Jewellery Boutiqie, you will join us in this role to drive for sales volume by providing exceptional levels of client service.
The key responsibilities include:
Client Experience/Development
- Ensure impeccable and ultimate Chanel customer service experience, establish strong client relationships for increased loyalty to the brand.
- Get client commercial/non-commercial activations (e.g. novelty launches, events, celebratory occasions and other clients elf gestures) organized on a seasonal base; Ensure one to one appointments are maximized
- Use CRM devices/sources, establish a competing framework for the practice ofCRM activities on app-CRM and total point-to-point theory.
Sales
- Meet specific yearly targets including individual sales targets.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with team to meet the retail objectives for boutique
- Monitor sales and all other Chanel procedures are properly adhered to
Boutique Organization
- Verify whether grooming requirements meet the standards of Chanel image based on provisions contained in the Chanel boutique charter
- Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy including regular stock checks and conducting weekly cycle counts.
- Proficiently collaborate with staff as well as performs management for boutique and operational outstanding
Your profile
A minimum of 3—5 years experience in frontline sales role within luxury retail with Watches & Jewellery industry is strongly preferred. Well acquainted with luxury, passionate about Jewellery and client centric
Additionally, your good intra personal communication and influence skill sets are also significant success factors for doing this role.
Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Location In our Watches and Fine Jewellery Boutique, Dubai Mall.
